Öğrencinin sorunlarını dinleyen ve çözüm üreten, onların sosyal faaliyetlerine katılan, ders dışında da onlarla ilgilenen, onlara anne-baba, kardeş, dost gibi yaklaşan, onların isimlerini bilen.Öğrenciyi küçümsemeyen, hor görmeyen, sınıfta küçük düşürmeyen, rahat soru sorulabilen, kendisiyle rahat konuşulabilen.
Kişilikli, idealist, temiz ve şık giyinen, giyimine ve davranışlarına çok dikkat eden, "örnek", dürüst, güvenilir, sosyal kişilik sahibi yapmıştır.
Öğretmenöğrencilerden daha tecrübeli ve olgundur. Öğretmen öğrencilere göre bilgi ve yönetmelik açısından daha güçlüdür. Öğretmen ile öğrencilerin hayata ve geleceğe bakışları farklıdır. Öğretmenler bazı özel durumları hesaba katmayacak kadar tarafsız olmak durumundadırlar.
Öğretmen ulaşılabilir, tutarlı ve bağışlayıcı olmalıdır.
Öğrencilere, yüksek ama ulaşılabilir hedefler, beklentiler göstermelidir.
Tüm öğrenciler için kaygılanmalıdır; öğrenciler arasında ayrım yapmaktan kaçınmalıdır.
Çok fazla övgü yapmaktan veya kusur bulmaktan kaçınmalıdır.
Öğrencilerden, yaptığı dersle ilgili geri bildirimler istemelidir.Öğrencilerle resmi ilişkilerin dışında da ilişki kurabilmelidir.Toplumun her kemsi öğretmeninden yukarıdaki pedagojik davranışları beklemektedir.Bu bakımdan da ilimiz şanslı iller arasındadır.
